Young Entrepreneurs - Self-Empowerment Through Business!

Our program is unique - local teens & young adults helped to develop it as a mentoring program that combines hands-on work with existing entrepreneurs, as well opportunities to "be" an entrepreneur as part of a group sales & marketing experience. Some of our mentors may include people from the trades who can also help teens & young adults explore various types of apprenticeships as a career path!
A new component to the program that is in development involves creating a virtual reality program so that students in multiple communities can be learning the basics of entrepreneurship while working with local mentors.
Join us as we partner with The Hope Institute as we help youth ages 13 - 22, with some special opportunities for young adults, to experience self-empowerment through business! We are especially excited to welcome students from the home schooling community, students from our local alternative high schools and young adults leaving foster care.
There are a number of ways you can support - be a mentor, consign or donate products for the participants to sell, purchase advertising or one of our fund-raising products - or just attend their event! We'll be mentoring the teens and young adults on Saturday mornings starting on June 25, 2022! Final event day will be August 6th at our host location, First Alliance Church, 4400 Buffaloe Road, Raleigh 27616.
Interested in being a sponsor? We'll be including a sponsor expo in the final event! Learn more about sponsorship here!
